VoIP & voice

VoIP & Business Communications

Phone calls still close deals. We move business phone systems onto hosted voice with the call flows, reporting and reliability of an enterprise platform, without the enterprise contract.

VoIP & Business Communications delivered by our own engineers across Brisbane, Sydney, Wellington, the UK and San Francisco.

Porting without a lost call

Numbers are ported with parallel running, tested call paths and a cutover window agreed with you. Existing numbers, voicemail and after-hours routing are preserved exactly.

Call flows built around your team

Ring groups, time conditions, IVR menus, queues, overflow to mobiles and voicemail-to-email, configured to how your business actually answers rather than a template.

Teams voice and mobile-first work

Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams, desktop and mobile softphones, plus desk handsets where they are still preferred — one number that follows the person, not the desk.

Multi-country presence

Local numbers in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US through our voice brands, billed together and supported by the same team around the clock.

What you get

  • Zero-loss number porting
  • Local numbers in four countries
  • Call reporting and recording
  • Teams and mobile integration

VoIP & voice questions, answered

  • Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

Yes. Numbers are ported with parallel running and tested call paths, and the cutover happens in a window you approve. Voicemail and after-hours routing are recreated before we switch.

  • Does it work with Microsoft Teams?

Yes, via Direct Routing. Your team can make and receive business calls inside Teams on desktop and mobile, with the same numbers and call flows.

  • What internet connection do we need?

Most business NBN or fibre services are fine with correct QoS. We test your connection first and, through ISP Match, can arrange a better service if voice quality would suffer.

  • Can we get numbers outside Australia?

Yes — New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States through our regional VoIP brands, on one invoice and one support desk.
