Accessibility statement and tools
We build for everyone — including the people using screen readers, keyboards, magnification and reduced-motion settings. Here is our commitment, the toolbar built into this site, and a contrast checker you can use on your own palette.
Our commitment
WCAG 2.2 AA as the baseline
Colour pairings, focus indicators, target sizes and keyboard paths are checked against WCAG 2.2 level AA in both the light and dark presentations.
Keyboard first
Every menu, form, calculator and dialog on this site can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring and a skip link to main content.
Semantic structure
One h1 per page, ordered headings, landmark regions, list semantics and descriptive alternative text on meaningful imagery.
Respecting your system settings
We honour prefers-reduced-motion and prefers-color-scheme, and your toolbar choices are stored locally on your device.
Report a barrier
If any part of this site blocks you, tell us and we will fix it. We aim to respond within one business day.
Email [email protected] or call 1300 130 415. You can also send us a message.
Display and reading settings
The same controls as the accessibility button in the corner of every page.
Colour contrast checker
Enter two hex colours to see the WCAG contrast ratio and which conformance levels the pair meets. Everything is calculated in your browser.
