Managed IT
Managed IT & Support
Most businesses do not want to build an internal IT department. They want technology that simply works, and one accountable partner when it does not. We run your environment end to end, or alongside the team you already have.

A service desk that answers
Engineers rostered across four time zones answer your staff directly, with documented environments so nobody has to explain your setup twice. Response and resolution targets are agreed in writing and reported monthly.
Devices, identity and patching
Laptops and mobiles are enrolled, encrypted, patched and monitored from day one. Starters and leavers are handled through a documented process so access is granted quickly and removed completely.
Microsoft 365 done properly
Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and Entra ID configured to the capability you already pay for — conditional access, MFA, retention, backup and sensible sharing controls rather than default settings.
Co-managed when you have internal IT
We take the after-hours load, the specialist projects and the tooling, while your internal team stays close to the business. Escalation paths and ownership boundaries are written down before we start.
What you get
- 24/7/365 service desk coverage
- Documented, audited environments
- Fewer repeat incidents each quarter
- Predictable per-user pricing

Managed IT questions, answered
Do you replace our internal IT team?
Only if that is what you want. Most clients start co-managed: we take after-hours coverage, patching, tooling and project delivery while your internal team stays focused on the business.
Is support genuinely 24/7?
Yes. Engineers are rostered across Brisbane, Sydney, Wellington, the United Kingdom and San Francisco, so an escalation at 3am local time reaches someone already on shift.
How is managed IT priced?
Per user or per device, with the inclusions listed in the agreement. There are no surprise hourly bills for supported items, and out-of-scope work is quoted before it starts.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically two to four weeks. We document the environment, deploy monitoring and endpoint agents, close the highest-risk gaps, then move into steady-state support.
Ready to talk managed it?
Tell us what you are trying to fix or grow. You will speak with an engineer, not a salesperson, and leave the call with a clear view of scope, timeline and cost.
